Prayner Conservatory constantly strives to improve the studying conditions and service provision for its students. Nevertheless, problems can still arise and our Complaints Management is on hand to help.
Online Form: You can send us your suggestions, proposals and complaints online using the form provided:

Post boxes: You can also post messages into the designated post boxes – these are in each Conservatory location (at Mühlgasse 30 next to the black noticeboard on the mezzanine, as well as at Mariahilfer Strasse 51 within the main entrance in the second stairway, first floor).
Email: In case you would rather get in touch with us personally, you can contact us via the email address email@example.com or within our student consultation hour for suggestions, proposals and complaints. We will of course treat your concerns with the utmost confidentiality.
Consultation hour: Every 2nd Friday of the month between 1pm and 2pm in the main office (Mühlgasse 28), Frau Ekaterina Rabl, MA MA.

*It is often difficult to handle anonymous complaints. The senders may of course opt out from having their details passed on, in which case their complaint will be made anonymous before its disclosure!
